POLICIES


Hotel Policies :

Standard Rate Inclusions: All our rates are inclusive of accommodation in a spacious and elegantly appointed room for two adults booked according to meal plans.

Standard Guarantee Policy: A credit card authorization or an advance deposit equivalent to 1 night stay amount or 50% of the total stay amount, whichever is higher, is required at the time of making the reservation as a guarantee to hold the reservation on confirmed basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At least 15 days prior to arrival date - Full refund of the total payable amount.

At least 15 - 10 days prior to arrival date - 50% cancellation fees apply of the total amount.

Within 10 days - 100% cancellation fees apply of the total amount.

The cancellation policy is based on the total amount, not on the partially paid amount.

The above cancellation policy will remain the same in any case of flight/train cancellations.

During the event of cancellation & refund a processing fees of Rs.500 will be applicable against transactions

Refund Policy:

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase or Online Bank Transfer. In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank's practice.

PS: All standard Policies are applicable when specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the "Reservation Confirmation" document.

Payment Policy:

Payment can be made using the credit card, payment gateway link, deposit in the bank account or demand draft before the due date. Applicable Taxes- Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.

Arrival & Departure Policy:

Check-in time is 12:00 hours while Check-out time is 10:00 hours for all properties of INDUS HOTELS. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the hotel policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver's License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted. INDUS HOTELS reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.

Extra Guest Policy:

INDUS HOTELS operate only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra guest above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed may be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservation in Deluxe Room & Super Deluxe Rooms.

Child Policy:

Child Sharing for up to two children below 5 years without an extra bed is complimentary. Child Sharing for 1 child above 5 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges.

Delay in Travel Policy:

In case of guest-facing delay or cancellation of flight or train or road trip due to any unforeseen reason, the room cancellation charges will remain applicable as per the applicable cancellation policy. Such unforeseen trip cancellation may not be manifested as the waiver of cancellation charges by any of our properties at INDUS HOTELS.

Currency Converter:

Currency conversion data is provided by XE, a third party currency conversion provider, using live mid-market rates. This information is offered for informational purposes only and does not reflect the rate you will pay to the hotel or the currency in which such payment will be made. All payments will have to be made in Indian rupees.

Standard Discount Policy:

Not two discounts/offers/benefits can be clubbed together.

TA Commission Policy:

Travel Agents registered with IATA can claim a 10% commission on public rates at the time of booking the room reservation only.

Stay Extension:

An extension of stay at the hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

The Government of India has introduced a 'no smoking' rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms and Smoking Zone. Should you want a smoking room, please inform us when you make your reservation.

  • INDUS HOTELS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without prior information.
  • INDUS HOTELS reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
